Cancellations and Refund Policy

Life happens and requires sessions to be rescheduled or cancelled. I understand that and will work with you.

Whenever possible 24-hour notice is appreciated for cancellations. Rescheduled appointment will be available based on open timeslots. It may be necessary to wait for your next scheduled session to make up a cancelled session.

General Refund Policy Details:

Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours are not eligible for a refund but can be rescheduled.
Sessions cancelled 24 hours or longer will not be charged. If you purchased a package, a session will be added on the back end of your package.
Packages cancelled prior to start will be fully refunded. Packages cancelled during the programing are subject to partial payment. Please consult me for details.
All keynote presentations cancelled less than 2 weeks of the scheduled event will receive a 50% refund.
Workshops cancelled less than two weeks of the start date may be subject to a charge for customized supplies.
